Food Truck Spots, 10x10 booth spots, Meatpie Cook-Off Entry, & CARSHOW fee options!

👉NOTE: ALL CORNHOLE and HORSHOE Teams! Inquire with Ryan Bohner (Cell: 918-695-8765) Entry fee for that is separate from the event funds. Signups begin at 9:30 to 10:30 Hominy Lake or pre-sign up with Ryan. POT: 50%, 30%, and 20% payouts. Entry fee is $20 per team.

👉Set up for Trucks and Booths: 8:30am - 9:30am - Hominy Lake 1st East turn in. Oct 14th, 2023.

👉Please when paying put in FULL NAME and ADDRESS plus CELL contact information! You will be emailed an entry form to fill out upon payment. If you need to cancel or all available VENDOR spots are taken you will received 100% refund immediately and notified. Please get entry in early as possible as spots are very limited and we will strive to not double up on goods or services. Crafts and Art pertaining to Native American Culture preferred. 

👉Spots will be marked with volunteers to help you locate assigned areas. Upon accepted application you will also receive a grounds map and (hopefully) your exact placement will be marked.

👉Entry Fee is good for all 3 categories: Traditional (tribe specific), Fusion, and Best Over All. Blind Taste test from a panel of 6 Judges! Winners will be announced at 2pm Main Stage. Minimum $1,000+ in prize money!

👉 Pre-Prepared Meatpies are required! We understand the lengthy preparation process! Expect honesty good sportsmanship! It will be up to contestants to have pre-prepared meatpies fresh as possible!

👉 Food-trucks are assumed to have portable power. 10 x 10 spots will have available power.

👉 CARSHOW - 9:30 - 10:30 sign in. Trophies for Best Survivor, Best Motor, Best Paint, and Show favorite. Trophy Presentation at 3pm Main Stage.

Evening Entertainment begins at 5pm!
